Your project.
At home on the web.

build.host publishes websites and apps from your existing agent workflow. Bring a local folder or a GitHub project, get a live build.host address, and keep operating it through your agent.

What you can host

Public websites, product pages, frontends, customer portals, and internal tools can use a build.host address. The appropriate build and runtime depend on your project and the capabilities approved for your account. External APIs and data services remain your application’s integrations.

Included in the hosting workflow

Project deployment from a folder or GitHub repository, a build.host subdomain with HTTPS, custom domains, environment variables, build and runtime logs, redeployment, restart, and rollback. Each project has its own configuration and deployment history.

Static output or an executable app

Static output is self-serve: build the project locally, then publish the generated files. If build.host needs to install dependencies, run a build command, use a Dockerfile, or keep a server running, request executable deployment access. The exception is the approved catalog: services build.host publishes itself, which any account can deploy with their Dockerfile. GitHub auto-deploy is configured separately for each project.

Connect your own domain

Add your domain in the project’s Settings → Domains, or ask Proto to connect it. Follow the DNS instructions shown there: an A record for your root domain, or a CNAME to your project’s build.host address for a subdomain such as www. Use DNS-only records. Saving a domain starts a redeploy, and HTTPS is issued automatically once DNS resolves. Verify the site at the new address before sharing it. Your existing build.host address stays available when you add a domain.

Connect the services your app needs

Use external databases, APIs, and other services for application data and integrations. Managed databases, object storage, and scheduled jobs are not offered as self-service features today. Configure required connections securely and verify them in the deployed app.

Use it with Proto or your preferred agent

Proto includes a build.host integration. Claude Code, Codex, and other skill-capable agents can use the build.host skill and browser-based account connection. The same project remains available in your dashboard when you need it.

Start with your own code—or a template

Templates are optional. If you already have a project, deploy it directly. If you need a starting point, browse business app concepts and landing page templates with full prompts, source files, and assets. Customize the result with your agent, then publish it here.
