# build.host > build.host is a hosting platform for publishing websites and apps from an AI coding agent. Deploy a local folder or GitHub repository to a build.host address, then manage updates, environment variables, logs, restarts, and rollbacks in the same conversation. The official website is https://build.host. Proto includes the build.host integration. Claude Code, Codex, and other coding agents can use the current build.host skill. Static output is self-serve. If build.host must install dependencies, run a build command, use a Dockerfile, or keep a server running, the account needs executable deployment access, except for the approved catalog apps listed at https://build.host/api/apps, which any account can deploy. GitHub auto-deploy is configured per project. Consult the current hosting scope and pricing pages for availability and terms. This file describes the public platform. Customer projects, account details, credentials, logs, and private dashboard data are not part of this reference. For deployment actions, use the current skill's authentication flow and API contract rather than inferring request payloads from this overview. ## Product - [Home](https://build.host/): Product overview and getting started. - [Hosting](https://build.host/hosting): Supported hosting workflows and capability boundaries. - [Pricing](https://build.host/pricing): Current plans, credits, and commercial terms. - [Enterprise](https://build.host/enterprise): Enterprise app building and hosting with ERP.AI. - [Downloads](https://build.host/downloads): Get Proto and start using its built-in hosting integration. ## Documentation - [Documentation](https://build.host/docs): Setup, folder and repository deployment, environment variables, logs, and recovery. - [Agent skill](https://build.host/skill): The current build.host operating instructions for coding agents. - [Raw agent skill](https://build.host/api/skill?raw=1): The same authoritative skill as Markdown, for agents reading the API contract. - [Guides](https://build.host/guides): Step-by-step hosting guides. - [Deploy with an AI agent](https://build.host/guides/deploy-a-website-with-an-ai-agent): Connect an agent, deploy, verify, and update the same project. - [Deploy a folder without GitHub](https://build.host/guides/deploy-a-folder-without-github): Publish local website files without creating a repository. - [Manage deployments](https://build.host/guides/manage-deployments-with-your-agent): Inspect logs, configure an app, redeploy, restart, and restore an available earlier deployment. ## Templates and design resources - [Business apps](https://build.host/business-apps): Browse business app templates. - [Landing pages](https://build.host/landing-pages): Browse website and landing-page templates. - [Skills](https://build.host/skills): Discover skills for working with coding agents. - [Design skills](https://build.host/design-skills): Browse design guidance and individual design skills. ## Optional - [Sitemap](https://build.host/sitemap.xml): Full public URL inventory, including templates, categories, platform pages, and guides. - [Crawler policy](https://build.host/robots.txt): Current crawler access rules and sitemap location.
